DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

Ocean Glaze offers worldwide shipping (with the exception of a few countries). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method – standard or express – and the destination.
Estimated delivery times:
South Cyprus – 1-2 days
International – 3-7 days (express) or 7-14 days (standard)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All Ocean Glaze pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from Cyprus.
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs procedures in the destination county.
Our Refund Policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
REFUND REQUIREMENTS
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unwashed
- Product must be unused / unworn
- Product must be with tags, hygiene seal intact
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
SHIPPING ITEMS
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain an authorization.
Domestic returns are free of charge. The international returns are at the expense of the customer.
Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable and prepaid.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged, so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
